RON BLUNT ARCHITECTURAL PHOTOGRAPHY

TIMELESS COLLECTION

TIMELESS

An official event of National Cherry Blossom Festival Centennial Celebration 2012

TIMELESS is a collection of Ron Blunt’s large-scale cherry blossom & landscape images printed onto varied surfaces such as wood, metal, recyclable plastic, fine papers, and acrylic, which gives the look of ancient reverse-painted glass.

Uncommon images + progressive printing techniques reflect the delicate beauty and timelessness of cherry blossoms...and the genius of ever-changing technology.

TIMELESS Exhibit was created in honor of the 100th Anniversary of The Gift of Trees from Tokyo, Japan

to Washington, DC.

This unique installation has been amazingly popular.

It launched at Fathom Gallery (March 2012)

and was enjoyed by cherry blossom festival-goers

from around the world, before traveling to

Mandarin Oriental, Washington, DC, where it

remained through Fall 2012.

Next, it anchored a new exhibit: FOTO DC's

"Spring in Focus" at Pepco Edison Place Gallery

during Nat'l Cherry Blossom Festival 2013.

Almost 1000 people joined us for Opening Night!

TIMELESS Collection is showing currently at

The Gallery at Mandarin Oriental, Washington, DC

through October 2013.

All works are museum quality, offered for sale in

2012 Centennial Limited Editions. A portion of proceeds benefits World Wildlife Fund.
